Qianhai Comprehensive Transport Hub, located in Guiwan Development Zone of Qianhai, is the comprehensive hub of intercity transport lines among Huizhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan, and railway transit line 1,line 5 and line 11 of Shenzhen, it connects center areas of Futian and Luohu district in the east and Shenzhen airport in the north, combines many transport options inculding intercity railway, city railway, regular public bus, taxi and social vehicles transport, and reserves places for ports of exit and entry, airport check-in service facilities and Top Head Estates development.
Qianhai Comprehensive Transport Hub is the largest under-construction comprehensive transport hub in Asia and key project of top ten construction projects in Shekou Free Trade Area. The project was constructed by Shenzhen Metro Group and commenced on Sep. 1st. it is known that this project covers an area of 10 hectares, includes metro line 1, 5 and 11 (including Qianhaiwan Station) from east to west. The total construction area is 1.15 million square meters (including top head estates) and the total cost is about 2.6 billion US dollars, it is estimated the underground construction work will be completed in September of 2020. After the completion of this project, intercity railway, city metro, taxi public bus and social vehicles can be seamless connected, and estimated daily passenger flow volume will reach 750 thousand person trips.
Qianhai Comprehensive Transport Hub project is the most important project of the whole infrastructure construction, its “Regional compression of time and space” effect makes all resources including people flow, goods flow, capital flow，information flow and technology flow quickly concentrate in Qianhai Area which is becoming both distributing centre for quick and easy public transport and entrance port for all kinds of resources. The contractor of this project is China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co ., Ltd( and they will set up a technical team lead by the Chinese Academy of engineering to settle construction obstacles to guarantee construction quality and progress.
Zengom House has constructed site office and canteen for Qianhai Comprehensive Transport Hub and Top Head Estates project of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co ., Ltd., its work includes design, manufacture and installation and is a typical turnkey project. The whole work took 25 days and site office and canteen were handed over to China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co ., Ltd on Oc. 18th. Zengom House won the praise of both management and employees of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co ., Ltd for completion of the project. The site office and canteen are two separate buildings and combined by 50 units of 3X6x2.98m container house with internal corridor as shown in the following photos:
